Our culture is crucial to our success

Things move fast around here. We work hard, but we also prioritize getting to know each other, having fun, providing opportunities to be inspired, and creating moments that remind us why we are here: to improve people's lives.

To help us live and breathe our culture, we hold events and get-togethers including inspirational speaker sessions, annual culture workshops, internal business case competitions with brilliant external minds as mentors and judges, team dinners, healthy lunches, yoga and fitness sessions, and much more. Each year we also spend one percent of our available resources on making a direct impact to achieve the third United Nations Sustainable Development Goal, “Good Health and Well-being.”

We value transparency and feedback

A culture that welcomes feedback and transparency provides an optimal environment for self-improvement and personal development. One example is our ‘One day off card’ program. Team members have the opportunity to grant a colleague a day off as a thank you for going that extra mile, and provide feedback to let the receiver know why they deserve it.
